I’ve integrated António Almeida’s nginx-spamhaus-drop with a simple cronjob to fetch the latest DROP (Don’t Route Or Peer) lists from the Spamhaus project and further integrated this to update every day to check for changes in the DROP list. I don’t care to reload the nginx configuration each time this occurs (because it hammers the resources), I just issue a restart via init.d because I’m not really THAT worried about things taking a bad hit from doing it that way.

Check out the links in this post, it’s very easy to integrate.
