Tomorrow is going to be an important day for many of
us Sacramentans. At least for those of us who still
care. As you know, Congressman Robert Matsui had died
shortly after his re-election and a special election
is taking place tomorrow. His wife, Doris Matsui, is
running for the seat, as well as a variety of freaks.
Amongst them, Bail bonds man Leonard Padilla, who
spent a year in prison for tax fraud, his daughter
Julie Padilla and several others.

It must be such an insult to the high-profile Doris
Matsui (adviser to Bill Clinton and a California
political powerhouse) to run against these nobodies.

However, one sticks out by claiming that he is a
survivor of a German concentration camp: Serge A.

The front-page of his website: Emigrated from Germany

Chernay thinks that this sounds good to the voters of
Congressional District 5. But it is a lie. A closer
look at Chernay’s bio reveals that he was born in
Lithuania in 1938. He does mention that his family was
persecuted for religious believes by the communists.
In 1942, his family escaped Lithuania by fleeing to
Germany. He claims that the family was sent to a
concentration camp for his father’s criticism of
Hitler. “They” were liberated by the Americans and
immigrated to America in 1948.

In an election eve interview on KFBK 1530 Chernay

Herr M¸ller,

more and more I am realizing the dislike, even hatred,
of American nationalists against the German nation.
Check out some of their sites and see if any German
nationalist movement/group is represented. I haven’t
found one yet. I used to think that the CofCC was
different, but they aren’t. They are just a bunch of
hypocrites. They hail every nationalist movement in
Europe except the German movement. And there are some
great people, like the Junge Sachsen for example.
Why do they hate us so? Monika

Right on! As a former board member of the CofCC and
the California Chair, that was one of the reasons why
I wouldn’t want to work with them anymore. But not
just the CofCC, also several other organizations who
claim to be all for the “fatherland” provide no links
to German political activist sites. I’ve always
wondered about that, since you’ll find on most of
these websites a “Hakenkreuz.”

Bruno Gollnisch, No. 2 in the National Front party of
extreme-right leader Jean-Marie Le Pen, already faces
a legal probe in France after he questioned how Nazis
used the gas chambers and how many Jews were killed.

Lyon University, which is named after Jean Moulin, the
hero of the French Resistance murdered by the Nazis in
1943, said Gollnisch would be suspended from his
functions as professor of Japanese civilization for
five years.

Gollnisch told a news conference Oct. 11 that he
recognized gas chambers existed but said he thought
historians had yet to decide whether they were
actually used to kill Jews.

He called for an open debate about whether the total
number of Jews killed in the Holocaust was 6 million
as stated.

French Jewish organizations and anti-racism groups
have condemned Gollnisch’s remarks.

Gollnisch told reporters Friday he was the victim of a
“real witch hunt” and blamed pressure from the
government for his suspension.

French prosecutors have opened an investigation into

Alamo Heroes Seem Foolish
By Chuck Baldwin
March 8, 2005

It is that time of year for me to remind my readers
about the magnificent stand by the defenders of The
Alamo back in 1836. The Alamo fell on March 6 of that
year. For more than 13 days, 186 brave and determined
patriots withstood Santa Anna’s seasoned army of over
5,000 troops. To a man, the defenders of that mission
fort knew they would never leave those ramparts
alive. They had several opportunities to leave and
live. Yet, they chose to fight and die. How foolish
they must look to this generation of spoiled

It is difficult to recall that stouthearted men such
as Davy Crockett (a nationally known frontiersman and
former Congressman), Will Travis (only 23 years old
with a little baby at home), and Jim Bowie (a wealthy
landowner with land on both sides of the Rio Grande)
really existed. These were real men with real dreams
and real desires. Real blood flowed through their
veins. They loved their families and enjoyed life as
much as any of us. There was something different about
them, however. They possessed a commitment to liberty
that transcended personal safety and comfort.

“Liberty” is an easy word to say, but it is a hard
word to live up to. Freedom has little to do with
financial gain or personal pleasure. Accompanying
freedom is her constant and unattractive companion,
“Responsibility.” Neither is she an only child.
“Patriotism” and “Morality” are her sisters. They are
inseparable; destroy one and all will die.

Early in the siege, Travis wrote these words to the
people of Texas: “Fellow Citizens & Compatriots: I am
besieged by a thousand or more of the Mexicans under
Santa Anna. The enemy has demanded a surrender at
discretion, otherwise the garrison are to be put to
the sword. I have answered the demand with a cannon
shot & our flag still waves proudly from the walls. I
shall never surrender or retreat. VICTORY OR DEATH!
P.S. The Lord is on our side.”

As you read those words, remember that Travis and the
others did not have the A.C.L.U., P.E.T.A., People for
the un-American Way, and the National Education
Association telling them how intolerant and
narrow-minded their notions of honor and patriotism
were. A
hostile media did not constantly castigate them as a
bunch of wild-eyed extremists. As school children,
they were not taught that their forefathers were
nothing more than racist jerks.

The brave men at the Alamo labored under the belief
that America (and Texas) really was “the land of the
free and the home of the brave.” They believed God was
on their side and that the freedom of future
generations depended on their courage and resolve.
further believed their posterity would remember their
sacrifice as an act of love and devotion. It all looks
pale now.

By today’s standards, the gallant men of the Alamo
seem rather foolish. After all, they had no chance of
winning-none! However, the call for pragmatism and
practicality was never sounded. Instead, they answered
the clarion call, “Victory or death!”

Please try to remember the heroes of the Alamo as you
listen to our gutless political and religious leaders
calling for compromise and tolerance. Try to recall
the time in this country when ordinary men and women
had the courage of their convictions and were willing
to sacrifice their lives for freedom and independence.

One thing is certain: those courageous champions did
not die for a political party or for some “lesser of
two evils” mantra! They fought and died for a
principle. So did the men at Lexington and Concord.
That is our heritage. On second thought, do they look
foolish, or do we?

Tsunami bomb

March 7, 2005

Dear friends,

“Top-secret wartime experiments were conducted off the
coast of Auckland to perfect a tidal wave bomb,
declassified files reveal.” So begins the article
below from the New Zealand Herald, New Zealand’s
largest circulation newspaper. Declassified government
documents show that this tsunami bomb was developed
during WWII. Though I imagine all documents related to
current developments of the project are highly
classified, I have little doubt that the weapon has
been further developed and refined over the last 60
years. This news raises questions about the recent
tsunami in Indonesia.

The many layers of intense secrecy both in the
government and military result in very few people
being aware of the gruesome capabilities for death and
destruction that have been developed over the years.
In order to avoid further wars and destruction, let us
all work towards greater transparency and cooperation
between all good people who share our world. You take
care and have a good day and week ahead.

With very best wishes,
Fred Burks for the team

Tsunami bomb – NZ’s devastating war secret
By Eugene Bingham

Top-secret wartime experiments were conducted off the
coast of Auckland to perfect a tidal wave bomb,
declassified files reveal.

An Auckland University professor seconded to the Army
set off a series of underwater explosions triggering
mini-tidal waves at Whangaparaoa in 1944 and 1945.

Professor Thomas Leech’s work was considered so
significant that United States defence chiefs said
that if the project had been completed before the end
of the war it could have played a role as effective as
that of the atom bomb.

Details of the tsunami bomb, known as Project Seal,
are contained in 53-year-old documents released by the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade.

Papers stamped “top secret” show the US and British
military were eager for Seal to be developed in the
post-war years too. They even considered sending
Professor Leech to Bikini Atoll to view the US nuclear
tests and see if they had any application to his work.

He did not make the visit, although a member of the US
board of assessors of atomic tests, Dr Karl Compton,
was sent to New Zealand.

“Dr Compton is impressed with Professor Leech’s
deductions on the Seal project and is prepared to
recommend to the Joint Chiefs of Staff that all
technical data from the test relevant to the Seal
project should be made available to the New Zealand
Government for further study by Professor Leech,” said
a July 1946 letter from Washington to Wellington.

Professor Leech, who died in his native Australia in
1973, was the university’s dean of engineering from
1940 to 1950.

News of his being awarded a CBE in 1947 for research
on a weapon led to speculation in newspapers around
the world about what was being developed.

Though high-ranking New Zealand and US officers spoke
out in support of the research, no details of it were
released because the work was on-going.

A former colleague of Professor Leech, Neil Kirton,
told the Weekend Herald that the experiments involved
laying a pattern of explosives underwater to create a

Small-scale explosions were carried out in the Pacific
and off Whangaparaoa, which at the time was controlled
by the Army.

It is unclear what happened to Project Seal once the
final report was forwarded to Wellington Defence
Headquarters late in the 1940s.

The bomb was never tested on a full scale, and Mr
Kirton doubts that Aucklanders would have noticed the

“Whether it could ever be resurrected … Under some
circumstances I think it could be devastating.”

U.S. rabbis approve using tube to remove circumcision
By Reuters

NEW YORK – Rabbis should use a tube to suck blood from
circumcision wounds rather than sucking directly with
their mouths to protect infants and rabbis from
disease, the leading Orthodox rabbinical group said
In a traditional Orthodox practice during the brit, or
circumcision ritual of baby boys, rabbis have been
using their mouths to suck blood from the penis wounds
and surrounding tissue for thousands of years.

The use of a sterile tube is an acceptable substitute
for direct mouth contact based upon a review of
science and religious writings and Torah authorities,
said Rabbi Basil Herring of the Rabbinical Council of
America, which sets policies for and represents about
half of America’s Orthodox rabbis, as well as
sponsoring a Jewish court.

“We strongly urge rabbis and congregations to adhere
to this method,” said Herring, who added that it’s
possible that the preference may not be adopted by all
Orthodox rabbis, as Jewish religious leaders often
have different views.

The traditional practice has been under scrutiny after
New York City health officials went to court late last
year to stop a rabbi from performing the practice,
which they believe may have led to the death of a baby
boy from herpes.

The baby was one of three infants that health
officials said contracted the herpes simplex virus
after being circumcised by Rabbi Yitzchok Fischer, who
used his mouth to draw blood from the infant’s wound

Views On Iraq Change Dramatically In U.S.

(Angus Reid Consultants – CPOD Global Scan) ñ Fewer
Americans think launching military action against Iraq
was a sound proposition, according to a poll by Zogby

The coalition effort against Saddam Husseinís regime
was launched in March 2003. At least 1,502 American
soldiers have died during the military operation, and
more than 11,000 troops have been injured.

The war has cost an estimated $140 billion U.S. so

This week, White House spokesman Scott McClellan said
United States president George W. Bush and interim
Iraqi prime minister Iyad Allawi discussed “the
security situation in Iraq, they talked about the
political process that is underway in Iraq to form the

Watson Promotes Preventative Eugenics  Director-General’s note.
Dr. John: “I had dinner with Tom Watson and a friend
of mine about five years ago  at the Pierre Hotel,
New York.  I did not discuss eugenics and
schizophrenia,knowing his son’s disability,although –
as a former professor of psychiatric education – both
subjects are of professional interest. Instead, I
directed the conversation toward ethnic differences
and found little interest.
If I remember correctly, where  both parents have a
family history of schizophrenia, the probability of a
schizophrenic child maybe 30%.

Of possible interest to ICHEE members: my late friend
Benjamin H. Friedman,of German-Jewish origin of the
Speyer banking family, was charged with anti-Semitism
by the Jewish anti-defamation league  because he
advertised the prevalence of Tay-Sach’s disease and
Amaurotic idiocy among Ashkenazi  Jews.
Now that prenatal genetic testing is available, the
data are no longer  suppressed.
He also believed from experience that Ashkenazis had a

Watson Promotes Preventative Eugenics
DNA pioneer advocates genetic testing for couples
before they have children

Contributing Writer

Lecturing to an overflowing audience at a genetics and
genomics symposium in Harvard’s Geological Museum
Lecture Hall Friday, Dr. James D. Watson advocated
preventative genetic testing as a means of
individually-based eugenics in one of the most heated
speeches of the day.
Watson, whose son suffers from schizophrenia, said
that genetic testing should be available and used
orderly to ensure better public health. Although
medicinal research into the treatments of genetic
diseases is progressing, Watson said he advocates
measures to lower the number of families who are
affected by these ailments.

“I like to believe that we could find the right
drug,” said Watson, who was part of the team that
discovered the double-helix structure of DNA. “But
my son can‚Äôt take care of himself…[we should]
fight against genetic injustice.”

Watson advocated specific genetic testing on an
individual level, so that people considering having
children will know the potential for genetic disorders
in their offspring, referring as an example to the
possibility that children of two intellectual
mathematicians have a higher probability of being

Yet even with such a heavy subject matter, Watson,
known for his shrewd humor, tried to lighten the mood.

One has to consider, Watson half-joked, “Do MIT
people have a higher risk?”

While he did not advocate policies akin to the
notorious societal eugenics of the World War II-era,
Watson recommended a careful consideration by all
potential parents before producing a child with a
life-long genetic ailment.

Watson’s controversial statements provoked some
heated responses among attendees.

Rob J. Kulathinal, a post-doctoral student in
evolutionary genetics, said he found Watson’s speech
“very provocative.”

He commented that there may have been several problems
with Watson’s approach.

“He never talked about the effects of the
environment,” Kulathinal said, adding that it is
possible for one’s chromosomes to tell a bleaker
story then narrated.

Jamila Newton, one of the organizers of the symposium
and a second-year graduate student in Harvard’s
Genetics and Genomics Training Program (GGTP), said
that although genetic testing provides benefits to
research for prevention and treatment, preventative
eugenics shouldn’t be the foremost focus of the
scientific community.

Once it becomes commonplace for an individual to be
genetically tested, Newton said, the personal
decision-making that Watson advocates will eventually
be supplanted by insurance and societal policies.

“The best move is none at all,” Newton said.

GGTP student Matt J. Hegreness said that he thought
Watson’s ideas were a “voluntary, benign form of

“It is something worth considering,” Hegreness

GGTP student Ilan N. Wapinski said that Watson’s
personal experience gives him a different perspective
on the issue.

“He’s more realistic,” Wapinski said. ”When
you decide on what measures to take, in the end it’s
the family that decides.”

The third annual symposium was organized by
second-year GGTP graduate students and included
speeches from five other researchers on the topic.

Working stealthily BIG PHARMA has rapidly pushed their
legislative program (Codex Alimentaris) in Europe that
will eliminate the free choice Americans now have to
purchase vitamins, herbs, minerals, homeopathic
remedies, aminoacids and nutritional supplements. This
elimination of all competition for the pharmaceutical
industry will produce an enormous increase in the
already exorbitant profits earned by the
pharmaceutical firms. Of even greater significance the
lack of free choice to stay well by taking effective
nutritional substances will promptly be followed by a
sharp increase in illnesses that will only be treated
in the future with pharmaceutical drugs.

The new Codex Alimentaris adopted in a secret meeting
in Europe in November 2004 is scheduled to take effect
in June 2005. Because the United States belongs to the
World Trade Organization WTO any changes approved in
Europe automatically become law in the United States
superceding our own laws (we are no longer a sovereign
nation). Failure to comply with these changes
institutes lawsuits which can not be won as they are
settled in international courts which care nothing
about U.S. laws. Incidentally, Europe has been very
leery of genetically modified foods because of serious
concerns about their safety. By this same WTO
mechanism Europe will be forced to accept importation
of U.S. GMO foods even if they know they are bad for

The features of Codex Alimentaris are:

No supplements can be sold for preventative or
therapeutic use.

Any potency higher than RDA levels (pathetically low)
is a drug that requires a prescription and must be
produced by drug companies.

Codex regulations are binding internationally

New supplements are banned unless given Codex testing
and approval (certain to expensive and lacking in
scientific merit). Norway and Germany are already
operating under the new Codex regulations. The price
of zinc tablets has gone from $4 to $52. Echinacea has
risen from $14 to $153.

Codex regulations are not based on science or research
findings. These regulations were developed by 11
appointed persons. Guess who appointed them?
Why Haven’t I Heard About This?

The controlled press has been instructed to avoid
commenting on this issue until it becomes a fait
accomplis. At that time your congressional legislators
will say they are sorry but there is nothing they can
do to reverse the Codex. The truth is they were, all
but a few, bought and paid for back when the World
Trade Organization was ratified by the U.S. Congress.

Can Anything Be Done To Stop This Codex?

I hope so but the remaining time is miniscule and the
enemy has carried out a brilliant strategy. There is
no reason for any optimism about the possibility of
reversing the Codex regulations. A brilliant English
lawyer (Anderson), considered to be the top lawyer in
that nation, has agreed to fight the Codex in court
because he thinks he can win. This fight needs money
because it is against the incredible financial
resources of the pharmaceutical industry. Two other
sinister Directives need to be reversed in Brussels as
well as the implemented Codex Directive. Donations to
the are vital.
These funds will be used to try to overturn Codex and
hire lobbyists to oppose the other 2 Directives.

Contacting your congressman and senator is desirable.
If millions of persons get involved the legislators
may take notice. The New World Order leaders were
shocked when meetings in Seattle in 1999 and Quebec
City in 2001 resulted in riots. When the responsible
U.S. citizens that have kept themselves well with
intelligent use of supplements learn that there is
nothing available from now on they are likely to be
very angry. For many persons this may crystallize the
realization that they are living in a police state and
that there is no longer any power in the hands of
private citizens.

What Can Concerned Individuals Do To Preserve Good

If our donations do not stop this pharmaceutical
juggernaut some planning may still be worthwhile. Many
large natural health product providers seem to be
oblivious to this danger. Perhaps they are planning on
selling out to BIG PHARMA at the last minute.

Buying a stock of the supplements that have helped you
seems wise. Remember the expiration date on a bottle
is simply an educated guess. Manufacturers want to
error on the side of public safety and setting dates
close to the time of manufacture encourages increased
sales volume. The U.S. military has taken advantage of
the probable safety of medicines beyond their
expiration date by continuing to use expired bottles
for many months beyond their expiration date. This
program has saved the military many millions of
dollars in pharmaceutical costs. To determine safety
of products involves expensive testing for evidence of
oxidation and other deterioration of products so it is
not done very frequently by most companies.

Essential Oils

Those of you who don’t know much about essential oils
may want to start learning fast. Essential oils are
very potent substances carefully grown and distilled
from flowers, trees, shrubs, plants, flowers, roots,
herbs, bushes and seeds. To make one pound of a pure
essential oil may require 500 to 2000 pounds of
carefully harvested raw plant material. An essential
oil which was found in the tomb of a pharaoh in Egypt
had no sign of bacterial contamination. The wide
variety of essential oils permits therapy of many
different conditions. Perhaps the most valuable thing
about essential oils is that they do not expire
worthless. They will be just as useful 25 years from
now as they are today. Young Living Essential Oils of
Payson, Utah has a fine reputation for quality
products. They are multi-level marketing so you will
need a referral to a representative to buy products.

Pastor David Eels, of Pensacola, Florida, his wife and
5 children decided that they would trust the word of
God and expect Jesus to heal them. They did not visit
doctors and Jesus never failed them. Sometimes
fractures took several weeks to slowly bend to perfect
alignment but every health issue experienced by this
family was resolved by Christ. God has every right to
test believers and this will become obvious during the
tribulation which all believers will experience. Will
our actions match our talk? Pastor Eels received
special insight to difficult prophetic Bible passages
from the Lord. He points out on a videotape from the
Prophecy Club of Topeka, Kansas that if the rapture
occurred before the tribulation there are no
scriptures to explain how persons saved during the
tribulation could enter heaven. I learned a lot from
these 4 videotapes about the Christian walk and
understanding the remaining prophetic events. During
the tribulation we can expect our resources to be
taken away from us so we will have only our Lord to
depend on for everything.

For persons finding it hard to understand why all
current turmoil is occurring remember that the Bible
warns us there would be unprecedented weather problems
and a One World government in the end times. The
powerful organizations putting this together
(Trilaterals, Club of Rome, Bildenbergers, 33rd degree
Masons, etc.) meet in secret and are serving Satan.
These individuals are certain that the world
population is too large and they want to reduce it by
90% or more. This explains how genocides of Christians
in Africa can occur with no publicity. I think that
vaccines are a diabolically clever way to kill people
and now with the anti-terrorism laws you can be
arrested and imprisoned for refusing to take a
government mandated vaccine. Where is our freedom?
